ATHLETE SUMMARY:
Weight is dropping fast now on the current plan and landed at 206.0lbs. This was after an off day with some compression boot and massage therapy. I think that dropped the inflammation off my legs. Also, ran out of GH 2 days ago and just left it out of plan any way, but I don’t think I was retaining with it. I did not plan to let body weight go this low and look pretty flat today. I like the look waking around 208.0, but likely going on stage around 210.0lbs this go around. Really improved how I hit my front and rear lat spread. Also tucking my hips more in my rear relaxed is bringing out my erectors too.
Diet: Plan is to bring food up to maintenance level and keep feeding into the show, no more deficit for me. I am adding in 100g of carbs as a starting point to assess from. This is a 20% kcal increase which should be just about right.
PEDs: Making some minor adjustments as the look is really good here. Just lowering test 20mg per shot and replacing that milligram amount with 10mg of masteron and 10mg of tren per injection every other day. Will leave out GH and leave the AI at 12.5mg Aromasin ED. Still debating on running 5mg Superdrol into the show but might trial it over the weekend.
Cardio/NEAT: No change here.
