PERSONAL THOUGHTS:

Olympia has been moved to Orlando and honestly, I am indifferent about it. As long as there is a show to go to, I have no concerns. I also really like Florida, so be happy to see a new area I haven’t been to. I have some family close by as well I haven’t seen in a few years. Feel much better with the progress I am making now and don’t feel behind.

DIET FEEDBACK:

Hunger is still very manageable. The addition of T3 last week seemed to help with GI function as well as decreasing my salad volume. 

TRAINING FEEDBACK:

I’ve had some good session this week. Strength has moved up and pumps are pretty good. But overall energy is down. I have been very intentional in pacing between sets to increase my step count. It’s been an easy way to increase energy expenditure and it hasn’t impacted performance.

COACHING SUMMARY:

EVALUATION OF PAST WEEK:

Tighter look and weight is still pulling down. Its been several weeks without a refeed so plan to implement 2 high days back to back. With the response to lowering estrogen, testosterone should be removed this week to get harder. We will also add in Proviron for a great androgen to estrogen ratio. Extremestane will be tapered down as test clears from the system. Also, plan is to increase Clenbuterol.

CURRENT WEEK ACTION PLAN:

Add two 300g carbohydrate days. 25mg Proviron and 60mg Clenbuterol. Drop out Test cypionate.
