PERSONAL THOUGHTS:

The most noteworthy thing to mention about this entire week is training has been absolutely stellar. Finally feel full and have pumps return. Logbook is progressing back up, which just makes me look so much forward to having a true offseason as some point. Training is my first love, so that progression in the gym is when I really have my best days.

This week body weigh keeps climbing and on not a lot of food, but I let it happen until I hit that 211 mark, which still looked conditioned but conditioning was fading and I wanted to reel it back it. So, added back in clenbuterol as this is greatly impactful for me from an energy output point. Then moved some of my steps back into direct treadmill walking on incline, did a minor food pull as well. Evidently this was a bit too aggressive and in 2 days I dropped to 207.6lbs. Looked quite a bit tighter, but this was much faster than I wanted. So, on my leg day I added in a sushi meal and high carb day overall, which brought be back up to 209.6 and a more comfortable spot there.

I went ahead and bumped masteron and tren back up to what I ran for Indy and NY for the muscle retention aspect. Still tossing the idea of running superdrol the last 4 days of peak week but waiting for some to arrive for a trial run. But I plan to leave all other orals out for this show as I just don’t see the need now with training going so well.

Plan for 3 weeks out will to be pull the test prop and up the Aromasin to daily to remove the water retention variable I see with estrogen up more.
