EVALUATION OF PAST WEEK:
Body weight moved slowly over the week and trended down, to waking up today and hitting a low of 212.0. I really thought a lot this week on how every prep I have used an Aromatase Inhibitor and going into Indy with test at 140mg per week I had Exemestane at 25mg everyday. When I added that AI is when I was noticeable harder and kept dropping more. I have controlled all other variables and I think for me to get that hard look I must need estrogen very low. So last night I took 25mg of Exemestane and had a 1.6lb weight drop to 212.0. So I likely will taper test down more and keep the AI in place until the ester clears out. I can feel the water on my lower back and glutes as well, squishy fat.
I am tighter though I can see it in my back and the caliper site dropped 1mm. So I don’t need to make another change, just manage estrogen and hold steady.
PEDs:
Trial of Exemestane to see the impact and then adjust test levels if needed.
Nutrition:
No change needed here, hunger is high preworkout and pre meal 5, all other times of day well managed. Digestion is optimal with 1 BM per day and minimal gas.
Cardio/NEAT:
Increase in steps last week was minimally impactful and not driving any leg fatigue.
