PERSONAL THOUGHTS:

I had switched back to doing injections every other day, because daily shots were beating me up too much. I woke up after an injection and felt so damn watery. Then I thought more on this and realized my estrogen had to be way high. My mood has been terrible and almost depressed, highly fatigued as well. So, Extremestane was added and the next day I had a huge drop, felt focused and libido jumped way up. I have been feeling like progress has been so slow and its very likely its been estrogen being too high. Pretty relieved to have figure this one out.

I also got in my telmisartan, so I will implement that for the fat loss aspect and ARB effects for just a health preventive strategy.

DIET FEEDBACK:

Hunger took a big jump this week with the 150g carb drop from last week. But no issue at all and makes my waist control much better as well.

TRAINING FEEDBACK:

Big jump in training not feeling so lethargic from estrogen. I do still fade towards the end of my sessions, so I think its time to move some volume on to my off day. I am going to move my delt/arm/calve work to its on day.

EVALUATION OF PAST WEEK:

Large jump forward to in progress this week. I want to keep this hardening effect happening so Extremestane will stay intact. I am going to add in Telmisartan as mentioned above. I also want winistrol back in place for its ability to pull water and bring a harder look.
