PERSONAL THOUGHTS:

Like I have mentioned before very excited to start a prep being this lean. Coming out of a post-show diet can give a really awesome look of lean and full, so I should be able to come in crazy conditioned at 212. Food is not terribly high so will need to push the activity level up higher to make that fat loss happen.

This week overall has been insane for Texas, we had a massive snowstorm. Which our state is not equipped to handle. So many, including us have been without water and electricity. We have managed to stay on diet and training, priorities right lol!

Started adding gear in and already feel a difference in training. Strength is moving up and pumps are getting more substantial.

I did have labs drawn last week, but with the snowstorm businesses have closed so there is a delay. I will review those labs with you all next week.

COACHING SUMMARY:

EVALUATION OF PAST WEEK:

Fuller look is coming through and harder in back shot. Body weight started trending downward, no further change needed. Will hold plan constant and monitor need for increased calorie reduction. Start of prep will lower test to 210mg, add in NPP and Masteron at 210mg. No aromatase inhibitor needed as lower test and Masteron will modulate estrogen. Will lower carbs 40g on training days and standardize step count to 8000 steps.
