PERSONAL THOUGHTS:

Much better mental state this week. I think allergies were really driving down my mood and effecting training. Also, I worked more on positive thinking and just be thankful for those positives things and not going down the path of negatives. I registered for the Olympia, which was a great feeling to just have 2nd Olympia on my path. One Olympia is bad ass, but a 2nd is a very fortunate thing, so very grateful for the opportunity.

DIET FEEDBACK:

Hunger has been lower on off days but increased on training days. The increase I cardio mid-week, made a larger difference I fell in hunger levels. I had some minor bloating in the AM a few days, which felt like gas pains. I might need to adjust my CPAP pressure down as I could be swallowing more air since body weight is getting lower. Reflux seemed to resolve this week, might be more related to the refeed days last week than the trenbolone addition.

TRAINING FEEDBACK:

I think training is what improved my mood a lot as well. Negatives were surrounded around always training around pain. I love to train and not enjoy it makes the process a chore. But this is the first week in a while I can say I am pain free and feel great regarding mobility and movement patterns. I reset the logbook on several lifts which required a decrease in load, but the internal stimulus was so much higher being more precise with my lifts.

EVALUATION OF PAST WEEK:

Body fat decrease, noticeable in obliques and lower back the most. Back is slightly flat around traps. Increase of cardio midweek caused minimal fatigue but increased fat loss rate. Reflux improved, monitor food selection on refeed days. Allergy improvement likely decreased fatigue as well, performance on rise. Low hunger on off days is noted by athlete, energy output is low on those days.

Decrease fats on off training days for maintaining fat loss rate at desired rate. Monitor fat loss rate and need for refeeds as needed based on level fullness and gym performance. Plan changes below in red.
