Body weight really shot up this week after eating sushi. I didn’t over eat at all but the sodium made a huge impact. I took these pics 2 days ago and was 249.0lbs. I felt swollen as well. Probably should have waited to take these pics, but it was my update day.
Anyway I left the plan alone and dropped back to 246.4lbs today and feeling much better and not swollen. I had a lot more detail return as well.
So, I do think I have enough food in place to keep growing, so I am going to hold that the same for now.
I have moved up my pressing volume and added 2 work sets to chest for the week. Pushing strength has really taken off and recovering very well from it.
My Humalog has not come in, so not start to that yet. Fasting BG is at 95mg/dL.
Other PEDs escalating total DHT derivative up this week and not at a total AAS of 1015mg.
