ATHLETE SUMMARY:
This past week has been a steady progression and hit a body weight low of 207.6. I do think I have hit a body comp very similar to the look I had an Indy and NY pro.
So nutrition wise seeing this faster weight drop I hit 2 back to back sushi days, with the addition of about 120g of carbs and 20g of fat to the diet. This brought me up to 210lbs and I looked very full and hard in the gym. Close to a look I would like to walk on stage with.
Plan is to go back to the base paln for the week and let body weight come back down and once there start slowly adding in food to the base diet.
PEDs: No changes to PEDs yet at 2 weeks out I do plan to lower test and raise masteron and tren in its place. I also will bump the Exemestane up as well. This will ensure aldosterone and estrogen are low and pull any water down driven by those mechanisms.
Cardio/NEAT: No change here.
