The past weekend was the Physique Enhancement Seminar and I had adjusted training over the weekend to train 4 days straight but want to hit sessions with Nick and Luke while they were here. Seminar day was pretty exhausting and ended up adding in some sushi on that day for the extra calories. The next day Renee and I had a date night for more sushi lol and had some homemade oatmeal cookies. Since Monday no diet deviations and I have seen some steady body weight increases throughout.
Training split is now adjusted for a set 5 training days per week and really happy so far with the split. I just reorganized volume, so total weekly volume is the same. So far, I already see more roundness coming in my chest, delt, triceps. Really shows in my quarter turn, comparison is above. Quads of course are exploding even with such little volume.
Condition change does not show much in pics, but I see a slight softer look in person. I know I need a bit more fat on me to get sleep regulated more. I am still getting about 6 quality hours and then 1.5 hours tossing.
No major diet changes needed for the week. I did change my post workout meal from chicken/rice/veggie to whey and cream of rice for decreasing fullness I was having in the evening. Will still have a planned untracked meal on Halloween (homemade pizza) and give out Candy to the kids. Got the yard decorated some as well, 7ft inflatable dragon hanging in the trees!
Only change to really note was dropping T3 for the week. In 4 weeks I will pull labs and go over all markers. I dropped it as I was starting to feel elevated heart rate and more anxiety, which subjectively I noticed last post show period. I dropped it and already feel it improved. My TSH last offseason was always above 2, so I might have T4 or combo therapy in place once I pull labs and see where I am at.
