EVALUATION OF PAST WEEK:

Mid week I mde the call to pull some food down and dropped about 2lbs. Really see the detail coming thorugh on the backside and upholding fullness. Ran into just a bit of fatigue a few days ago from one night of poor sleep. I ran 2 training session at ½ volume and still aiming to progress the look bog and that happened and moved up the poundages.

PEDs:

Sleep really improved with addition of 5mg of melatonin and 75mg of Benedryl. Energy is so much higher during the day. No changes overall to PEDs still holding gear steady. Little bit of water retention on the glute so lowering test and upping AI last 2 weeks will take care of that.

Nutrition:

The reduction in food was a 60g carb pull on training days and 35g fat pull on off days. Hunger is still well managed and the sleep increase along with the devolume sessions has kept me very productive.

Cardio/NEAT:

No change to cardio. I kept in the treadmill cardio in the AM fasted and step count at 9000 steps.
