ATHLETE/COACHING SUMMARY
EVALUATION OF PAST WEEK:
This past week Renee and I drove to Dallas to train at Destination Dallas and meet with MJ the owner of GASP. Big news is we signed on with them as athletes. The whole environment up there was amazing, you just feel plugged into the bodybuilding world. So much room for growth in all areas. I stay with Luke and we got some great training in. Luke and I are total nerds, so we program lifts and critique execution and really pull the most out of each other on every set. Renee and I actually are considering moving there now.
Physique wise on the current plan I dropped and held around 214 for several days and being 5 weeks out its time for push and cycle design adjustment to bring the hardest look possible. I am tighter all around but I know I need to push down to 206-207 to be inside out and I want to get there in the next 3 weeks so I can turn around and feed into the show.
PEDs:
Lowering testosterone to 140mg per week, no AI will be needed, and this will keep aldosterone driven water retention low. Increasing Masteron in place of testosterone for protein accretion to 490mg per week, tren held the same. This is exactly how you can adjust cycle design to no need an AI on prep and get hard as nails.
Fat burners will increase with clen at 60mcg and Yohimbine added at 5mg prior to fasted cardio.
Nutrition:
Pulling fats down to trace amounts on all days. Nearly protein and veggies on off days.
Cardio/NEAT:
Steps bumped from 9000 to 10000 per day, with 40min of this on 8% incline treadmill the rest of the steps will be 0% or walking outdoors.
