ATHLETE SUMMARY:
PERSONAL THOUGHTS:
Feeling more like myself this week. Last week was tough, mainly from the mental aspect. I was feeling very down, unmotivated, irritable and hunger was very high. Scale weight wasn’t budging which further contributed to my poor mood. I started menses on 9/1, which is the first cycle I’ve had in months. Thankfully this explains my overall crappy feeling and lack of scale weight decreasing. I’m now at the tail end of my cycle and feeling 100x better. Motivation, mood and overall well-being has improved, feeling more like myself.
DIET FEEDBACK:
Hunger was very high early in the week to the point that it was making me feel on edge. GI was also very heavy early in the week. This was most likely due to my cycle. Now that I’m near the end of my cycle hunger doesn’t feel nearly as unmanageable and GI feels more normal. Digestion has been fine, no issues.
TRAINING FEEDBACK:
Since we were in Dallas all of last week with different equipment it was hard for me to gauge strength increase or decrease. I had some excellent lower body training there though and really liked some of the equipment. Pumps have been nonexistent, but I’ve been connecting well with everything.

EVALUATION:
Renee did improve conditioning in all shots, but with the timeline we have I want to go ahead and push her harder. We had a big surprise with her getting her menstrual cycle back, which really created a lot of fatigue. But she is fresh now and I can push her harder.
I am increasing output and decreasing intake to work on both sides of the energy equation since she doesn’t have much preference.
Diet I pulled 200kcal from training day and created an off day diet that is another 350kcal drop. This is an aggressive pull but I want her to jump ahead this week, so we have a chance to linear load into the show.
Cardio is getting bump 5min in AM and a level up on the stairs. Also adding a PM session of Stepmill of 20min. Steps will remain at 11k per day.
PEDs I bumped Clen to 60mcg and she will increase to 80mcg as tolerated over the next few days. No other changes outside of that.
