PERSONAL THOUGHTS:
Seeing daily improvements in conditioning and lowest caliper measurement even on my glute of 4.5mm today. This whole week I have just been making daily adjustments to my diet based on morning weight and fullness vs flatness. I was pretty shocked to wake up at 204.6 today
I am quickly adapting to increase in food and being able to put more effort into training, so a previous day’s food amount that did maintain weight might drop me down the next day. Also, very dependent on what body part I train.
Today hitting a low I was tight, but flexing the upper body felt like not much was happening, and my traps are the first thing to really show flatness in them. You can see it the pics. I trained pull today and pump was pretty minimal, despite pushing carbs up higher in my 2 meals pretraining. Made the decision today to run 400g carbs total and this might be my new set point for the rest of the week to run.
Plan is to train every day but with reduced volumes and keeping 1-2 reps shy of failure. My last training session will be Thursday and just be a full upper body session to move glycogen and continue the consistent of training. Friday very likely will just be an off day. Again I just monitor this daily but posing and steps on Friday should be enough to continue facilitating carb uptake and also want to knock off any remainder of fatigue for the show.
Water will be kept high and sodium/condiment use high and consistent per normal. No adjustments made here.
I am only making minor changes to drugs this week. Dropping GH and Yohimbine today. I see no reason to have these in place anymore. Injectables will be dropped 3 days out to limit local inflammation and so I don’t have to travel with them. Clen will be dropped 2 days out to decrease SNS stimulus and lower fatigue. All other orals will stay in place. Health supps/drugs continued per normal.
