EVALUATION OF PAST WEEK:

Last weekend Renee and I went to Twin Falls, Idaho for the NPC Southwestern Idaho Showdown. I did my first guest pose, and it was so damn cool. Took my back to feeling like an NPC competitor but zero pressure to place just go out and have fun. I love Mortal Kombat, so I had a sub-zero mask and posed to the MK theme song. Audience was pumped and just overall great atmosphere.

I had dropped food last week and hit a weight of 215lbs down from 221lbs, much sharper for the guest pose. Coming back home Renee and I were so burned out we just went out on a date night and ate what we wanted. So, now back to 222lbs and trending back down to 218.6 today.

PEDs:

With calorie drop I am raising gear up. Test will stay were its at for the estrogen and DHT needs without need for an AI. Adding in trenbolone at 105mg/wk for the anti-catabolic actions and adding in 280mg Masteron for increased anabolism. Clen is back in place with a small amount of yohimbine.
