EVALUATION OF PAST WEEK:

This past weekend I traveled and held a Seminar in Dallas, TX on Post show nutrition. It was so much fun, and I now have a greater vision for where I want to head with J3U. Over the weekend sleep was limited with the seminar and the excitement of it all. I had an untracked meal after the seminar with everyone and then flew back home. Upon arriving Renee and I went straight to sushi! Renee finally is feeling better and she never got a post Tampa win celebration this was it. We ate sushi, cookies, pizza and cheesecake lol! Really fun just not having to track food and just enjoy the time together.

Waking up after all the fun I was 221lbs, which is very acceptable for me. I am up 11lbs from stage weight at Tampa. Looking back over my data this was about the same look I had 7-8 weeks out from the Indy pro and I was ready 2.5 weeks ahead for that show. So, being 8 weeks out from Olympia this is a good spot to be at. I have a guest pose this weekend so dropping food down to tighten up a touch for it and start pulling down for the O.

Lab Work:

I did have labs pulled 2 days after competing, which this is the worst of the worst potentially, showing peak stress. Big issue here is I discovered I was covid positive after having these labs pulled. So, my creatine kinase, CRP were high, and my lymphocytes were low due to covid. However, this was the best my GFR has been and I added on a urinalysis to check for protein in the urine which can detect issues with the kidney and that was negative. Main discrepancy was an HDL of 15 and ALT of 141. I did run 10mg superdrol for 4 days into the show (pointless by the way, no additional benefit) and that might have dropped those labs. However, my overall lipid panel is low so my LDL was only 44, which makes the LDL:HDL ratio low risk for CVD.

PEDs:

NO changes to implement here. I am going to keep running test and GH only, will add in Masteron soon as body fat drops. I know I am holding water off this and no AI present and I am okay with estrogen high. I want to run it as high as is tolerable for all the protective effects it provides for the brain, heart, and bone.

Nutrition:

I pulled down 140g of carbs and 10g of fat from the diet, this should start pulling fat off. This is about at 15% kcal reduction off from maintenance.

Love this new split with push days landing after my off days. I am fresh to hit push and log book is moving up like crazy now. Also having more of a shoulder/tricep day for one push session as kept connective tissue fresh.
