PERSONAL THOUGHTS:
Visually still making improvements, glutes and hams getting harder. Not quite as much change as I wanted to see this week. Glutes still have some water on them, and I am sure it is hormone related and confirmed this with labs as well. E2 was at 103 pg/ml and prolactin at 44.5 ng/ml. Adjusting my PED stack design will mitigate this effect and at this point of prep I will use an aromatase inhibitor as well. Nothing in place for prolactin, as if you control estrogen, prolactin will follow suit, this will also be impacted adjusting the nandrolone derivatives to DHT derivative amounts.
Hit a body weight low this week of 208.2lbs, hit another 300g carb high day and came up to 209.6. These pics are the day after at 208.8lbs.
No plans to change the diet this week and keep it constant. Cardio has been so easy, that I am going to push my step count up to 12,000 per day.
I won’t make more drastic change till I see the compound changes come to fruition. My free T3 level was at a 2.2pg/mL taking 25mcg of T3, so will increase T3 to 37.5mcg per day, so this will bring about some physique change along with lowering estradiol.
My creatinine level has increased on prep, but this is still trending within my normal, 2019 my creatinine was at 1.77 and comes back down post prep. Every time I pull a cystatin C my kidney value is 100% normal, so creatinine is just not a great indicator for me. ALT is up as well buy I trained legs prior to labs and we see my creatine kinase level (indicative of muscle breakdown) is very high. Best my lipid panel has looked on prep though!
