PERSONAL THOUGHTS:

Drastically tighter today from the back and quads much sharper. I can see that 2019 conditioning nearly there. All is on track here.

Renee and I traveled for her bday week and that really pulled me down hard. We were just really active with hiking and kayaking. Then Still getting training in on top of it. I ended up hitting a weight low of 210.4lbs. Which worked out well because she had a large weight drop and it landed on her Bday, so we took a sushi cheat meal. I ate 4 low fat sushi rolls, my weight came up to 212.6lbs the next day. However, next day after I dropped to even lower 209.4lbs. I also looked at my pics and spoke with my friend Chris Tuttle and we both agreed on a watery look. So, I tested adding in 25mg of Aromasin yesterday and I woke up dry and hard. Even with test low, bringing estrogen down further these final weeks is necessary to achieve the stage look needed. I will leave this in place remainder of prep. I wanted to show everyone the comparison above after a day post high day but also adding in the aromasin, glutes and lower back much drier.

Training performance was still dragging so midweek added in oxandrolone 20mg ED 1 hour pre workout. Oxandrolone has a biphasic half life and you get a large serum rise 1 hour post dosing. This is ideal to take it all prior to training.  Immediately have had the past 3 sessions progressing back up. This is how we should make decisions around PED deployment, use it when you need it. Still pending lab work from last week to review.

I am off the antibiotic, I never had a GI issue with it, but will continue my probiotic for the next 7 days.

Stress has been extremely well managed, getting outside for walks more and shutting down work when needed. Sleep has also improved this week getting in solid 7.5-8 hours sleep walking once to pee. Taper fluids in the evening to keep sleep less disrupted.

EVALUATION OF PAST WEEK:

Weight has rapidly come down with travel and also, I just stopped eating my fats intentionally. I hit a low of 210.4lbs, refeed brought be up to 212.6lbs. Still having a watery look, so added in Aromasin and vastly improved. With the rapid weight drop post high day I will add in 35g of carbs to plan. I upped clen mid-week and will hold that in place. Will keep Aromasin in EOD. Anavar was added midweek and strength is now on the rise. At 207lbs should be ready.

CURRENT WEEK ACTION PLAN:

Diet change: 35g carbohydrate addition spread throughout training day

Cardio: none

PED Change: Anavar 20mg ED 1-hour pre workout, Aromasin 25mg EOD, Clenbuterol at 40mcg ED. Dropping Thymosin as skin healed.
