PERSONAL THOUGHTS:

Took a big body weight drop this week. I could see a bit of flatness coming through today, but this is of zero issue to me as gym performance is still holding. Being a touch flat you won’t look razor hard and you have to realize that and let the flat look happen to get the rest of the fat off.  Glute skin fold is down to 5.5mm and seeing more detail. The flatness I can see more in my chest from the quarter turns, It is not drastic though.

Training wise I had one off day of strength, but the next pull session was solid. I have oral PEDs on hand for fast acting implementation if I see training drop off. I likely will run labs next week and get a gauge on health markers in the depths of prep at this point. The drug I would deploy in this phase would be anavar if need as I respond well, and it gives a great strength increase with mild hepatoxicity. Regardless 2 weeks out Halotestin will go in as it has such a profound effect on me in the gym but also energy and fatigue reduction wise.

Still dealing with this damn infection on my wrist from scabies. I am on an oral antibiotic, but it has not been an impact on digestion. I added in a probiotic along with it that should mitigate any anti biotic associated diarrhea.

Also, alongside this I added in Thymosin A1, TB 500, and BPC 157 to aid immune function and healing my skin.
