PERSONAL THOUGHTS:
I traveled this past weekend to Oregon, which was an excellent trip. Renee and I were able to hike the mountains and see all of the coastline. Very active trip to be on, which was great because I knew we could vacation and still hit our steps and training on prep. Unfortunately, I did have a minor tear in my soleus leg pressing. The Leg press had a step angle and I put way too much band tension, bottom of the lift it stretched the hell out of my calf and I felt some fibers pop. I also think the long hike the day prior up a mountain fatigue out my calves to make them susceptible to injury. I also ended up getting Scabies and had to go to the doctor today. I got this spreading rash on my wrist and it was very itchy at night, which likely got it from our hotel. Disgusting to think about, but I have some cream and will be good after one treatment.
The activity level in Oregon kept me pulling down and getting back home I hit a low of 214.2lbs. Based on response last week from my 300g carb day with 4 sushi rolls in place I did lower fats in the meal and this drastically improved digestion for the following day. Just removed all avocado that were on the sushi rolls and stuck to rice and fish. Weight came up to 216.0 the day after and is now trending back down and should hit 213 at 5 weeks out. Will just keep puling until I have the grainiest glutes of my life. Thinking 209-210ish then feed into the show 2 weeks out.
Training performance has shown slight increases in the logbook, pumps are moderate right now. But all on par for great muscle retention. Fatigue is well managed and feel really excellent this entire prep.
No issues regarding PEDs. Libido has a slight improvement with lower test and tren in place. Also cognitively feel more focused during the day.
