This is when patience and consistency is key. Nothing is coming fast in progress. This is when the slow steady progress will add up over the weeks and not a rush to drive up food to just see the scale rise.

Focus is on increasing training performance and monitoring conditioning. I have another 20 weeks ahead of me before moving to a holding phase.

I made a slight increase in food 1 weeks ago and am keeping the diet the same for right now.


Glucose was getting higher and attributed to PM GH dosing so now I am moving it all around training and this has fasting blood glucose normalized.

Adductor is healed from the leg press strain. All sessions are still progressing upward, so no changes there. Some slight volume increase on chest and trap work.

PEDs escalation now to 630mg total AAS load and adding in another 1IU GH. Deploying a Basal insulin on training days as carbs rise higher.

Injections moved everyday to lower shot volume.

AM fasted: 2 day per week: LV HIIT 4 sets x 1 minute (80% effort) spin bike; 2 min off, 5 min warm up and cool down

Total steps: 10,000 goal per day (treadmill counts into steps) (8500 on HIIT days)
