ATHLETE SUMMARY:

Sleep was longer than yesterday but still felt light, just hard to get comfortable in this hotel bed, but still feel good mentally today. I knew I would drop lower with yesterdays activity and meal timing. Woke up at 205.6lbs and felt pretty flat. Still have good lines, but I know they would be deeper if fuller.

Today was about assessing the look after each meal and finding the weight and visual that would be a good stage look. After 2 meals (75c/40p/trace fats per meal) and about 1 gallon of water, I sat at 209.6lbs. So this gives me an estimate for what I need on show day to repeat this. This is full and hard. Also, about 3.5lbs heavier than I was at NY pro.

Diet plan for today is to push food harder than my previous training day up to 415g carbs.

Training was a deload push session. Just 5 exercises, 2 sets per exercise, 2 RIR. Got a solid pump really fast. Superdrol had a good impact, but the increased carb intake drove a lot of it surely.

Cardio: No incline treadmill today only 9k total step count. Renee and I are walking around scouting the post show treat scene lol.

Fluids are at 2.25 gallons and salting all meals with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
