PERSONAL THOUGHTS:
Allergies have improved this week, which helps a lot with my sleep and recovery. Flight is booked for Olympia, just debating on where we want to stay. We want to be close to the Planet Hollywood, but we do need a full kitchen. The Planet Hollywood has minifridges only and no microwaves, so I have no idea how some of the other competitors do it.
DIET FEEDBACK:
Hunger increased with decreasing carbs, but I have been having so bloating in the evenings. I think this might be related to my salad, so I will cut the volume back in ½ to start with.
TRAINING FEEDBACK:
I am still taking on lift progression in all sessions. My leg days have been generating a lot of fatigue. Last prep I was training Legs every 4 days, but one day was quads and the other was hamstrings, which really spread out the volume more. I think I need to dial back the work sets on quads as they recover slow and I get a lot out of a few sets.

The look is full, but I must get tighter and pull down more. Fatigue got high and holding weight with initial carb drop so will add in cheat meal and then back to low carb diet.
