PERSONAL THOUGHTS:

Weather has been phenomenal right now in Texas. Sunny and cool makes for a positive vibe. I put a hard stop on taking on more clients, so it’s giving me more time to focus on prep, which is a stress relief on its own. I still have this pressure on me that I need to be further ahead, but I still must trust the process and try not to be such a control freak.

DIET FEEDBACK:

Food has been increased, so really pretty content all day long. I don’t have much hunger that kicks in. My timing can get poor from meal 2 to meal 3, since that is my workout window. I’ve stayed just too long in the gym messing with posing and then warming up cooling down, etc. This is the first prep eating more and more as I prep, but just increasing expenditure to generate this composition change.

TRAINING FEEDBACK:

Solid week of training this week. With the AAS increase and food increase pumps increased which helps me stay connected in movements. Also moving up my lifts on a few exercises for the logbook. I got some 1.25lb plates to make some micro progression on prep. Sometimes its hard to take the big weight jumps in prep, but I usually can always add on at least a 1.25lb.

COACHING SUMMARY:

EVALUATION OF PAST WEEK:

The front shot looks fuller, but we need to make sure body weight is pulling down as well. So, to keep food high and fueling training, a cardio increase will be implemented. Anavar to be swapped with winstrol to further drive strength and keep training performance higher than what winstrol provides.

CURRENT WEEK ACTION PLAN:

Increase cardio 15 minutes and swap winstrol to anavar.
