PERSONAL THOUGHTS:
This week I had a great mental change and positivity towards prep. It’s a mindset I struggle with always looking to be better and wanting more. This can lead me down looking at the current situation as negative and wanting to be farther ahead. When in reality every prep is different but can have similarities as well. So, comparing back is not always the best and you must enjoy your current state that you are in.
DIET FEEDBACK:
Hunger is still increasing more on off days, but very manageable. On training days, I am hungry when it’s time to eat. Truly enjoy all my food on prep and take the time to make it taste great, so liking my food is a huge advantage and makes prep really fun. First prep to not have GI issues this close to the show and I contribute that to keep food high.
TRAINING FEEDBACK:
Had a good pick up in strength this week. Leg day I matched my best on Pendulum squat but also leg pressed first, which my previous best was doing the squat first. Pull session all lifts moved up. Only thing was my push session I had some front delt pain, likely my coracobrachialis overworked and that limited my training. I also hit a body weight low on that day too.
COACHING SUMMARY:
EVALUATION OF PAST WEEK:
I am tighter in pics but need to keep getting harder and drive that change with increasing AAS. This choice is ideal over more cardio and less food as we can keep food high and hold on to offseason progress that was made. Fatigue is currently low and training performance is increasing and will only increase further with AAS increase.
CURRENT WEEK ACTION PLAN:
Add in 50g carbohydrates and drop 10g of fat on training days. 50g carbs wil be added post workout to drive recovery and added in as cream of rice for ease of digestion and fast kinetics. Fat decreased across 2 measl. Increase tren ace to 280mg/wk, add 50mg Winistrol per day, increase clen to 40mcg/day, stop Primobolan. Drug change will increase nutrient partitioning and allow higher food intake to fuel training and manage fatigue. Primobolan dropped as tren will take place anabolic action of primo. Winstrol chosen for lowering SHBG and keep water retention low, thinning skin effect.
