Relatively maintained body weight for the week and actually my quads look harder. Last week’s pics were taken post leg day vs this week after a string of 3 days off from the gym, so legs are not inflamed.

I traveled out of town for 3 days and with feeling some increased fatigue leading up to the trip I decided to make it all off days and come back to training fresher. Ended up dropping a bit of weight on the trip. Likely from lower carbs and also intentionally not taking GH with me. On the trip I ate an untracked reasonable meal every night.

Returning home and back to training was productive. Sleep is still whacky, but it is improving. Also turned out the fasting glucose issue was around just needing some fluids prior to testing and glucose is normal the normal. Training after the 3 off days was very good and have no aches/pains and great connection. Training progress is slowing, but that is also with consideration that body weight is not moving up and I don’t think I had that much fatigue accumulated masking performance.

So, plan for this week is a 7% increase in food all carbohydrate around training meals. I will pull labs after my Florida Thanksgiving trip and push up PEDs from there.

Starting to put together show plans for next year as well, which will be in the fall.
