For the weight progression occurring and the minimal change in body fat I am still happy here for the most part. I say for the most part as I have some areas I need to work on, and I know I need some more body fat on me to be productive.

Sleep is still subpar, not bad, but just waking up not fully rested. Also, my blood glucose reading was high at a 105 mg/dL today. Now, I need to figure out if it was the sleep or another variable, very likely sleep and I trained leg yesterday too. So, I will be monitoring fasting blood glucose daily to find the issue.

With sleep subpar I did have a few days that fatigue was creeping up on me. A lot driven by my leg day, which I just went way too high in volume. I was sore for 5 days lol. So, this week I pulled back some sets for legs to manage the fatigue on them. This also prevented me from hitting my second HIIT session.

Last week hit the All You Can Eat Sushi for an untracked meal and going again to another sushi place for a date tonight. I had added some fats to the plan last week too. So, with body fat slowly moving and condition where it is the untracked meal stays in place. I don’t want to push body weight up faster just from a health standpoint and also give me a few days to figure out the blood glucose.
