PERSONAL THOUGHTS:
It’s an interesting set up to have the Olympia and then Christmas pretty much back to back. I had free eating after the show, then 2 days of photo shoots, the Christmas day. Renee and I had planned to go super hard on Christmas as well. We made a bacon wrapped pork loin stuffed with dressing, mac n cheese, potatoes, corn bread, and had 3 different desserts. It was amazing, no regrets there.
Next day I was back on plan but woke up very early to fly out to LA to look at a 1968 mustang fastback (dream car) and I ended up buying it to! But that day I just ate protein and veggies to pull off the water from the Christmas food. If you notice this is my trend, if I eat shit, next day is protein and veggies, then the day after is back to plan. I trained legs out in LA, which was a mess with Covid. Basically, trained in an outdoor gym that was stupid crowded, but got it done. I had woken up at 221lbs after Christmas.
Returning home, I was back down to 217lbs, then dropped back to the 216s. Today I woke up to check in at 217.2lbs.
Training has been phenomenal though, excellent pumps and resetting the logbook to standardize form. No aches or pains just feel super fresh.
Two days ago, I did bump my GH up to 3IU total per day, so 1IU pretraining and 2IU prebedtime.
COACHING SUMMARY:
EVALUATION OF PAST WEEK:
With Christmas eating in place and coming back on the diet, body weight is relatively maintaining. My legs are super full now, circumference measures jumped up on thighs. I also look very hard and I think the weight increase is more from the test and GH going into effect.
CURRENT WEEK ACTION PLAN:
Will add 40g carbs to my training day diet and hold the off day diet the same. No other changes for the week.
