**No check ins for Week 14 while we were in Orlando, these comparisons are from week 13-15
Happy to be back home after traveling and back on a normal routine. Feeling caught up on sleep after having some early mornings and late nights in Orlando. Overall still feeling pretty great as far as mood and energy. Recovery still going really well. Although weight increased and I feel slightly softer, I’m still pretty happy with my look and feel I’m making some good progress.
DIET FEEDBACK:
No issues with diet, digestion, BM all normal. Hunger hasn’t been an issue. Had several deviations from plan while we were in Orlando.
TRAINING FEEDBACK:
Had a good lower body and upper body training session in Orlando. The other lower body day was terrible, gym was crowded, and leg machines were lacking. Happy to be back home and back on my normal training schedule. My body does feel well rested after Orlando so I guess I’ll consider that week a deload. First training session back home was excellent. Strength increased, pump was great and everything felt smooth with a great connection.
Did a photoshoot yesterday so my upper body day was slightly adjusted. I didn’t log my lifts but woke up today feeling sorer than I typically do after an upper body day.

EVALUATION:
Renee was off plan some for post show eating with me at the Olympia. Also we did not have a check in last week just due to the focus being on my show. Coming back home though I am happy with her conditioning to hold here despite the increased eating. This week was a bit off for training and served more as almost a deload week.
We did a photoshoot for Animal together 2 days after getting home, which for one was a first for us and Animal. She still looks at a good conditioned spot for offseason. I don’t plan to change the plan, especially knowing our diet will be off for Christmas.
