ATHLETE SUMMARY:
PERSONAL THOUGHTS:
Experienced some cramping, bloating and fatigue during the first few days of the week. Felt great once those things subsided. I also started feeling tighter and not as soft as I was feeling the previous week. Measurements were taken this week but we didn’t do caliper measurements because I forgot.
DIET FEEDBACK:
No issue with diet. Had homemade pizza on 1/5 other than that no deviations from diet. Nothing noteworthy this week, digestion etc all normal.
TRAINING FEEDBACK:
Lower Body C and A of this week were both excellent. I had some really great strength improvements and an excellent pump both days. Upper body training was good and I made slight improvements but I haven’t been able to get a very good pump on these days. Soreness from upper body training tends to stick around for 2-3 days whereas lower body seems to recover much quicker.
COACHING SUMMARY:
EVALUATION:
Renee is post homemade pizza cheat meal and reaching the end of her menstrual cycle. We still have some water retention in place from those items, so no reason to change the plan just yet. Also, we have a mini vacation planned with another free meal, so her calories will take another bump up from that for the week. Retest her labs Day 21 of her cycle, which will be in 2 weeks exactly. Anavar has been stopped last week and yet to see any drop off in performance. GH is lowered and no notable change in water retention.
ACTION PLAN:
No changes for the week to diet or cardio. Cheat meal in place for the week. Will see response post cheat meal and adjust plan from there.
