ATHLETE SUMMARY:

PERSONAL THOUGHTS:

This week has been better compared to the last few weeks. I still have days where hunger is higher than I would like but I don’t have that continuous feeling of being ravenous. We traveled out of town to Rockport to visit John’s parents and go to the Revive Grand Opening, I don’t know if it was the slight change in my schedule that threw me off but my digestion was off from Thurs-Monday and finally feels like it’s getting back to normal today (Tuesday). I don’t feel as anxious as I was previously and even though I’m getting softer it’s not affecting me mentally like it was the previous two weeks. I have bloodwork scheduled for tomorrow so it will be interesting to see what that says.

DIET FEEDBACK:

Food was increased last check in and that has seemed to help with the hunger I was feeling. No issue with the diet, I think the issues with my digestion issues that I stated above were due to schedule change and not so much my diet.

TRAINING FEEDBACK:

Strength has increased steadily in the gym, so has energy and motivation. Today was probably one of the best training days I’ve had in awhile. All my movements felt smooth, controlled and I had great muscle connection. Muscle Factory just got in a new piece of equipment, the Pendulum Squat. We programmed these in place of my goblet squat and I’m glad we did, solid piece of equipment that lit my quads on fire.

COACHING SUMMARY:

EVALUATION OF PAST WEEK:

Food addition from last week helped with appetite control and much more manageable. Training performance is largely increasing. GI was slightly disrupted from travel. Fuller look all around legs, slight softer as well.

CURRENT WEEK ACTION PLAN:

Hold diet the same and cardio same. Will review labs next week.
