PERSONAL THOUGHTS:
Feeling much more motivated lately. I’m really enjoying being in offseason. The transition from prep in to offseason felt pretty rough for weeks so it’s nice to finally feel like I’m in a good place both physically and mentally. I did have a few days of low energy, moodiness, fatigue, bloating but that was all related to starting my cycle. Symptoms lasted the first two days but subsided after that. Weight has trended up this week but I feel like I’m tighter.
DIET FEEDBACK:
No deviations from diet. No issues with digestion, BM etc. Hunger has been a bit higher this week but nothing major.
TRAINING FEEDBACK:
Strength has been great in the gym. I’m motivated to train and improve. Lower body days take so long and are so taxing that by the end of training I’ve been skipping abs and calves. I’m considering coming training on an off day to train them so I can put more energy and focus on them instead of throwing them in at the end of the workout and doing them half ass or completely skipping them. I also feel like my upper body has come down a considerable amount. Maybe adding in some upper body would be appropriate at this point? Legs and glutes constantly feel full and pumped. Cardio has been easier on legs and joints since decreasing incline and increasing speed.

EVALUATION OF WEEK:
Renee is stringing together another great week of training. This is finally true offseason full bore. Since she had such a great response to GH/IGF-1, I am going to add 1Iu preworkout so we have IGF-1 high post training and move her 1.6IU of GH to prebedtime as a night we have the highest bioavailability for GH. Her upper body has come down to a level we need for wellness, so I will add in one full upper body session at a maintenance volume.
ACTION PLAN FOR WEEK
Increase GH dosage to 2.6IU total per day. Add in one upper session. Plan for AAS cycle soon.
