PERSONAL THOUGHTS:

Overall feeling better since starting new supplement regimen. Energy feels like it’s getting back to a more normal level. I don’t feel as foggy headed as I was feeling, still not sure if this was due to allergies or hormones? Either way, overall feeling better. 

DIET FEEDBACK:

No deviations from diet. The drop in carbs has been manageable, hunger hasn’t been an issue on training or off days. No issue with digestion. 

TRAINING FEEDBACK:

I’ve had some really great strength progressions over the last week. No issue with any of my movements. Feeling more motivated with my training as well. Soreness seems to be the worst the evening of my workout and day after but I’m still feeling recovered enough to train every other day.

EVALUATION OF WEEK:

Really happy with the progress this week. Renee looks tighter in all her shots, despite body weight moving up. Hormone adjustment as her well being improved as well. I did also get back in her serum IGF-1 at 275ng/mL, which was out standing for 1.6IU of GH. Her DHT and reverse T3 both came back normal, so no issue there.
