PERSONAL THOUGHTS:
Nothing significantly noteworthy this week. Overall I feel great, mood, energy, motivation etc all fantastic.
DIET FEEDBACK:
No deviations from diet. No issues with digestion, BM etc. Hunger hasn’t been an issue at all.
TRAINING FEEDBACK:
In week 6 of my training since my last deload and feeling like I may need to take one. Soreness is lasting longer than it typically does and progressions have slowed. I’ve been able to maintain most lifts and improve slightly on other. I have great energy to train though. The last few workouts pumps have been fantastic.
Switched out my DB RDL on Lower Body C to BB RDL. Lugging around the bigger DB’s has become too cumbersome, it will be easier to progress in weight using a BB.
COACHING SUMMARY:
EVALUATION:
With implementation of anavar recovery has taken a jump up and lifts are still progressing well. Sleep, motivation, energy is all on point so a deload is not justified. But we will swap out some lifts that have been slowing down progression wise. Swapping DB RDL to BB RDL. Also, Cybex leg press to Single leg Pendulum leg press. The 45-degree back raise to GHR. I am going to hold the diet the same and to keep recovery as high as possible drop cardio back to 35 minutes total 6 days per week.
ACTION PLAN:
Reduce cardio another 5 minutes. Mesocycle 3 has been programmed and new exercises in place. No deload needed.
