PERSONAL THOUGHTS:
Nothing to noteworthy this week as far as life excitement goes. Just training, work, and eat. Started cleaning out the garage and getting in more set up to house the new mustang. Also Renee and I are planning out some tools we will need for the projects we want to do on the car. We both have quickly realized we need a bigger garage to do what we want. But otherwise work stress was lower this week and enjoyed training. I am for sure doing the Indy Pro and IFBB announced the NY pro will be one week later, so that gives me another chance to qualify. I have enough done two shows within 1 week apart so should be an interesting set up.
Training has been going great this week. I have no injuries, getting solid pumps and moving up the logbook consistently.
Diet has been the same for a while and some of this is just due to the extra calorie bump from the cheat meals. I will only have one more larg one, as it will be Renee’s last since she is starting prep for the Puerto Rico (Bahamas) Pro show this coming Saturday.
