PERSONAL THOUGHTS:

This has been one of the more enjoyable weeks post show so far. I’ve not had as much work and been able to work in the garage some more. I installed a ceiling storage rack to get some clutter organized and next I will upgrade the lighting so I can see what I am working on. Extra benefit is this keep my NEAT up, but downside is it kind of beats me up getting up on a ladder and doing more physical non-gym activity.

Despite my garage work, training was very good for most sessions. My push day had a slight drop off and I thought it might be from sleep or even coming up on my deload week. However, my pull session yesterday was phenomenal, and I smashed the logbook and had a wicked pump. Either way I will still deload after legs. I want lab work done next week and I don’t want to limit trainings effect on lab markers. Also, I want to be very fresh before starting prep in one week. Deload will be ½ the number of work sets, same load and RIR 1 for top sets, for any joint fatigue I will move reps up to 15-20 and RIR 1.

Diet wise Renee and I had her last cheat meal, as she started prep a few days ago. BJ’s Brewhouse Pizza and Anabolic Cookies. The pizza was a bit disappointing this go round though, just didn’t have the right cooks in the kitchen, I guess.
